Hospital warns of closures, doctors who leave on Kemp’s behalf to limit moods do not pass

Hospitals warn of more closures and for more doctors who leave the state if the legislature does not pass the TRIE CHOKPS bill to review Georgia’s legal system.

The Democrats insist only full Medicaid expansion will prevent doctors from leaving and the hospitals are closed.

But Channel 2’s Richard Elliot Talked to the Georgia Hospital Association, which represents hospitals such as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and they insist that the only way to stop these closures is to lower the insurance premiums, which they say that the governor’s behalf will do.

Kemp introduced its behalf to one of the largest Capitol people in the latest memory. Among them, doctors, nurses and representatives from hospitals throughout the state support all who support the bill.

“We’re starting to see our suppliers leave Georgia,” said Anna Adams with the Georgia Hospital Association.

She said that if something is not done to bring down what she says is skyrocketing insurance premiums, more hospitals can be closed and more doctors can leave, especially in the countryside in Georgia.

Among other things, the bill would require the plaintiffs to show actual medical bills under moods so that they can be compensated.

It would also prevent lawyers from proposing to jurors great prices during their closing arguments

“If this bill does not pass, and we do not see any fairly significant changes in our damages system, we will start to see even greater healthcare increases in our state,” Adams said.

But the Democrats oppose the bill and say that the hospitals are closed and the doctors leave because the governor refuses to expand Medicaid fully.

“You sell people a bag of goods that are simply not true,” said State Secretary Harold Jones from Augusta.

The State Democrats insist on reforming the legal system is no guarantee that insurance levels will fall and it can limit people’s access to moods.

“We start talking about hospitals being closed. There is no connection to the supposedly medical claims, again, damages reform. The connection is not available, ”Jones said.

Kemp has a strong support among the Republican majority but expects a lot of pushback from lawyers in the Georgia trial and the patient’s advocate groups.
