Two employees in the airport are facing charges after the authorities accused the couple of leaking the chilly surveillance films from last week’s devastating Midair collision in Washington DC, to CNN.

Metropolitan Washington AirPorts Authority (MWAA) confirmed Monday that two of its workers were arrested for alleging to have made an unauthorized copy of the Crash video. The pictures – first aired by CNN last week – caught an army black hawk helicopter and an American airline passenger jet collided over the Potomac River and killed all 67 people on board.

Mohamed Lamine Mbengue was taken into custody Friday and was later released before his colleague Jonathan Savoy was accused on Sunday, according to Mwaa. Savoy was issued a mood and released.

Both men are facing allegations of computer violation in connection with the leak, even if the agency did not reveal how they are claimed to access the pictures.

The video, obtained and shown in the air by CNN, gave a look at the moment of impact. The network reported that both clips were filmed on mobile phones.

The news comes as officials continue Tuesday and recover the wreck of the aircraft as federal investigators continue their probe.
