Defense attorneys insist “no way of knowing what was consensus” after dead man found bound and gagged in Chicago apartment

Defense attorneys representing Two men as claimed to hit one Chicago Man to death has said that there is no way to know the truth about the incident, including the acts the victim consented to before his death.

Jefferson Ubilla-Delgado, 29, and Geiderwuin Bello Morales, 21, were arrested on Thursday in connection with the death of Chicago Businessman and interior designer, 63-year-old George Levin, reported ABC7.

“It was an unfortunate incident. We have no way to know what happened in that room, what was the consensus and what was not,” defense lawyers said.

Levin was found by his sister tied up and gagged with canal bands and electric cords in the basement apartment in Norwood Park, where he lived. He had been beaten to death.

Levin’s sister heard a loud noise from his apartment before and went to check in on him and find the back door open.

“I cannot overlook the terrible nature of this crime of calling this violent is an understatement. It is shocking, is scary that the victim was tied, snapped and beaten to death,” said Cook County Judge Will Fahy. “All roads leave these two respondents who committed this violence.”

The two men immigrated to the United States from Ecuador and Venezuela. After hitting the victim, they were alleged to his phone and wallet and continued to pick up almost $ 4,100 in purchasing.

“I would like to know the details of what happened. What is behind this?” said David Kane, a long -term resident of Levin’s neighborhood. “You know, something that happens basically just around the corner from me, do you know, what happened here?”

The two have been accused of first degree and robbery. They will be back in court on Thursday.
