British Man Hack’s pensions, 75, to death after being “bound and raped” | World | Beginner

A 32-year-old man has appealed to self-defense after emerging in court for hacking a pensioner to death with an ax at a court in Finland.

British, which has not been named in Finnish newspaper reportsSaid he killed the 75-year-old man at an apartment in Seinajoki, western Finland, after being bound and raped.

The two men reportedly met at a spa in Kauhava, near Helsinki, July 27, the day after the 32-year-old Brit arrived in the country on a bicycle tour.

The 75-year-old paid for a hotel room where they spent the night, and CCTV from July 28 showed that the couple bought a mobile phone and travels to the pensioner’s home in Seinajoki, where the younger man did some gardening, according to MailOnline.

Police believe that the older man died between midnight and 02:14 on July 29, when the prosecution stated that the 32-year-old met his victim six times with an ax when he was in bed.

The British then fled from the stage in the 75-year-old male car, which he abandoned a short drive away in a ditch outside Kyyjarvi-Cirka 90 minutes drive from the apartment-where investigators found it hours later.

He left the car and continued on foot after colliding with a deer that “showed up from nowhere”, according to WhatsApp notifications that the court saw that was sent to a friend just before 06:00 on July 29.

“If the police had arrived, I would have been screwed,” read another message.

The pensioner’s body was not found by the authorities until two weeks later, August 14, after his relatives asked the police to conduct a health check.

The 32-year-old was quickly established as a suspect and traced down to an apartment in eastern Finland days later on August 17, after fear that he had already left the country.

The British man told the investigators that the 75-year-old had bound him, raped him and threatened him with an ax and left him no choice but to start the evil attack of self-defense.

He suggested that the older man had “made it clear” that he owed him a sexual service after helping him buy a phone the day before, something he refused before taking a nap.

“When I woke up, I was tied up with a bandage,” the 32-year-old told South Ostrobotnia District Court. “I couldn’t move properly.”

He claimed that the man then raped him in a “horrible trial”. “When it was over, he rolled over next to me,” Brit said. “Then he started snoring, and I decided to escape. I went to the kitchen and cut my bands there. “

He said that the older man then showed up at the kitchen door with an ax and told him no one would believe him if he tried to call the police.

“The man had an ax in his hand, and I had no choice but to defend myself,” he said. “The first battle was when I was going to beat him but not kill him.”

The 32-year-old said he then “slid”, and the ax fell from his hand and beat the older man again. He told the court that the shock had made him panic and escape from the scene in his victim.

Local news sites reported that an ax was found in the Seinajoki apartment, but only the pensioner’s DNA was found on it. Another ax, the picture attached to the tourist cycle in photos taken by a room on July 27, has reportedly not been recovered.

Brit denied to take the ax on his bike trip and is said to have offered contradictory stories about where he discarded it. He told officers that he is traveling around Europe at a collection for British charities and had planned to stay in Finland to work at a friend’s Husky farm.

His internet history also showed that he had searched for online reports on the crime weeks before the 75-year-old’s body was found.

The pensioner’s daughter told the court that she could not imagine that her father could have been able to alleged crimes because of his deteriorating health.

The officials of the law ordered a mental health student for Brit, after which the trial will resume. Prosecutors have demanded that he be a ten -year penalty if he was guilty of murder.
