The Tyler store is partnering with NobiliTea for a toy giveaway to benefit children with cancer

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – Haute Totz partnered with NobiliTea to host a toy drive Sunday for East Texas children battling cancer.

Over 45 kids received $150 to shop at Haute Totz in Tyler. Some children in the hospital were unable to attend, but families shopped on their behalf, and they will soon receive gifts.

“This is just a great opportunity to give back to the community,” said NobiliTea CEO Jeff Hunt. “It’s an amazing feeling to see these kids smile, they’re fighting a horrible disease. If anything for one day, everyone can put a smile on their face and enjoy the day, and have a little bit of hope and hope they beat it.”

Families could also meet Santa, have a balloon made for them and meet reindeer.

“We just hope it’s literally a magical day for them,” says Haute Totz co-owner Jemilynn Wright. “A day where they can just be kids and have fun and just really enjoy the holidays.”

“We’re trying to build memories for the long term and for generations,” co-owner Jason Wright said, “and it’s about Tyler, the community and the Christmas season.”
