But Anna Holovchenko, an IT specialist in Zaporizhzhia, is more hopeful: “He is all the mouth and no pants. His words do not always translate into actions. (What he said) is not a nice thing to hear, but that’s how he is.

“We just have to live and see. Public statements and international politics are two different things.”
