In order to ensure that all staff feel included, it is important to involve as many different types of personnel in the planning of an influenza vaccination program as possible to ensure good representation

Put together a team of people responsible for ensuring that the flu vaccination is taken up by staff formed with representatives from all parts of your organization, director, staff groups and trade unions. A diverse team will strengthen your campaign and promote good shooting.

  • Get a good skill mix, you need a range of skills from communication to clinical.
  • Start planning early, the type of flu must meet regularly from August.
  • Appoint an influenza master to each key work area or team.
