Steve Marshall signs on the letter “demanding liability” from FAUCI

Alabama’s national lawyer Steve Marshall has signed on a multi -state letter “Requiring liability for liability” for Dr. Anthony Fauci’s alleged errors during the Covid-19-Pandemic response.

Fauci was the public figure in the middle of the government’s Covid-19 response for President Donald Trump’s first administration and former President Joe Biden.

Fauci became the subject of partisan attacks, including unfounded allegations that he hidden proof that Covid-19 originated in a Chinese laboratory. He resigned from his position in 2022 after decades by serving as an expert on infectious diseases.

The letter, addressed to the speaker of the house Mike Johnson and the Senate majority leader John Thune, asks that Congress provides states relevant information on incorrect construction of FAUCI.

Fauci received a pardon from Biden in January, but the Republican lawyers claim that forgiveness does not protect Fauci from state investigations or government measures.

The letter quotes a GOP-led subcommittee as investigated the country’s response to Covid-19 And its origin but no evidence was ever found that Fauci missed in any way.

According to the Associated Press, the accusations were that Fauci was hiding of a Chinese label cover that caused the spread of Covid-19 unproven.

Fauci was stated during a committee negotiation in June last year that he was open to either the origin of Covid-19 but said that there was no scientific evidence to indicate that a laboratory leaks caused the outbreak.

“Americans deserve full openness and liability for the decisions made during the pandemic – decisions that affected all aspects of their lives,” Marshall said.

“From the misleading congress to increase functional research to suffocating debate on public health policy, Dr. Fauci’s actions seriously eroded public confidence. While the former president Biden may have surprisingly protected him from federal consequences, state laws remain a powerful tool to ensure that no one is over liability. “

The general lawyer’s general who signed the letter was from the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.
