Taylor Swift know how to keep a promise!

During her long run Era’s Tourthe 34-year-old pop star has made a tradition of donating her ’22’ hat – the famous fedora she wears when she performs RED hit — to young fans standing at the end of her stage catwalk.

During her recent tour in Indianapolis, Swift had a big surprise in store for a fan she’s known for a long time. On Saturday, Nov. 2, Swift presented her special “22” hat to Eloise, a 7-year-old Swiftie she previously had promised to “completely meet” on an Instagram Live by the little girl’s mother several years ago.

The full-circle “22” moment came when Eloise’s mother, Cindy Childsdocumented her Eras Tour experience on social media — where she was joined by Eloise during Swift’s second performance this weekend at Lucas Oil Stadium.

In new viral clips shared to X (formerly Twitter)Swift could be seen walking down the catwalk before squatting down and presenting the hat to Eloise, who was wearing a sequin jacket and silver dress reminiscent of Swift’s tour wardrobe.

After embracing the young girl with a hug, Swift pointed at her and made a rocking baby motion, mouthing as if she had known Eloise since she was a child.

Swift then seemingly touched Cindy’s hand before returning to the stage to continue her performance, but not before giving her old pal Eloise a quick high-five.

After it all went down, the mom expressed her gratitude on X to Swift and her other fans.

“The way I’m still crying happy tears,” Cindy wrote. “I will never be able to thank you @taylorswift13 & @taylornation13 enough for the most magical night! Dreaming instead of sleeping here, forever and ever ”

As several fan accounts noted on social media, Swift has previously watched Cindy’s Instagram Lives and even made touching — and sometimes silly — comments about Eloise when she was just a baby. Among those comments was Swift capitalizing Eloise’s name and playfully telling Cindy that “let her sleep” and informs the mother that she is “totally going to see” her then infant daughter.

“She’s a little baby and I’m going to see her and A completely when they’re not 3 months old and just try to get SOME REST,” Swift wrote years ago, per fan screenshots shared by the girl’s mother.

Fans have since shared their joy over the “22” hat moment between Swift and one of her biggest fans. “What a moment for Taylor to finally meet Eloise, @long drink happy ! ,” the official Taylor Nation account wrote on X. “It’s been a long 7 year wait! We are so happy for her! #IndyTSTheErasTour #TSTheErasTour”

Cindy also shared her excitement to X ahead of time, writing that she was “positively overwhelmed by all the Swiftie love” for her daughter, even giving up her seats to those who wanted to “trade bracelets” with the pair.
