Brian Dboll’s son leaves New York Giants to “persecute other ways”

New York Giant’s offensive assistant Christian Daboll, son of head coach Brian Daboll, has resigned from his position and left the team to “persecute other ways.”

The departure was first reported by Pat Leonard from the New York Daily News.

Before he was employed by Giants in February 2023, Daboll spent the last three plus the years as a student coach at Penn State University. In 2022 he assumed responsibility for signaling in the plays.

Daboll, a buffalo native, graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2022. He also played Lacrosse at St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute.

Giants will start the search for a new offensive assistant, provided they want to play the now vacant role.
